Well I will take a stab at this and we will see where it goes from here. I can’t lock DNR down on anything for the 5th but this is what I got out of them so far

June 5th is National trail day and they want some kind of positive media hype out at Reiter. Also get the place cleaned up after this winter. There has been some garbage dumped out there by nonwheelin people partying in the area. So let’s get that cleaned up

DNR has a couple kiosk signs that they need put up. One at the lower staging area for where the non motorized is going to be and one up at Deer flats gate

Also if it is nice out paint the gate on deer flats road

And if we get a lot of people, a group can go up deer flats road and plant some pressure treated 4x4 trees by some of the trails that leave the road

That is all I got for now

Hi All:

Charles, I think I will be available to help out! :D

IMHO, it is important to "keep the momentum" going out out at Reiter! :)

Regards,

Alan

Thanks Alan, I totally agree.

I just wish I had more great news for the troops.
I know that we need to mark out all of the trails and get them finalized for the trail designer can do their job.
