Meeting is tomorrow....any sort of agenda yet for this meeting?

we are finalizing it noiw, we normally dont put it out before the meeting because we do not want to start discussing everything on here. this is why we have meeting.
we will discuss things at meetings and then get more input on the side after we have started the discussion at the meetings.
I will also put this up as an issue to be discussed at the meeting when we should have it up and viewable.

Thanks for a great Meeting Mike, Rick and Charlie.

I must say this was I think the most productive meeting of RTW I have attended.

I was wondering though what happened to the Treasurer? I know why the Secretary was missing, but did I miss a report on the reason the Treasurer was absent? I could have as I am hard of hearing and there was a lot of good discussion taking place!

This also brings to mind the questions: (a) Is there a Policy to replace Board Members who are unable or unwilling to attend the meetings and perform their duties? (b) How many meeting can a RTW Member miss and still be a RTW Member and hold office?

good point ted, we broughh up the fact that we need a new secretary tonight because ann will not be returning as we had formerly thought.

in the by laws it states a board board member cannot miss more than 3 meeting and hold there position as a board member.

as a board member you should let either the president of vise president know if you are not going to make it. the meeting times and dates are all posted on the board and several other boards if members can seem to remember when the meetings are then board members should know when the meetings are as well.

I agree Mike, and that is what should happen at most meetings, it is called "Growth" and I am pleased to see it happening at RTW.

I'm glad to see there is two work parties per month,1st Saturday and 3rd Sunday.I will be able to do the Sundays.
