moving the February meeting was decided at the January Board Meeting since there were going to be board members at KOH. Now there is just one bod member at the hammers, and another one who just took a job in Ohio.;)

At this time the only two months that needed to be altered were January and February.

Other than that, I have set the schedule for Alfy's for the entire year with the standard 2nd Wednesday of every month, and posted confirmation of that schedule out to the BOD area for Board members to review should they have any questions.

Time for my coffee and then it's off to the office for me kids - have a great day

I assumed the same Alan as I would have thought this could have been mentioned earlier. I will not be attending next weeks meeting but rather going to the PNW meeting as it is that night. I'm not sure I will be attending any future meetings since it appears that going to the Reiter Foothills Advisory Group meeting will probably be more helpful to Reiter.

Well please accept my apologies for not communicating this earlier. IIRC, The President and VP were still debating the finer points about hosting this meeting a week later, but I went ahead and made the room reservation at the time because I didn't want us to be without the room.

Not to mention the fact that I had to scramble to pack up and head 2500 miles away to start a job I had been offered, my time was limited at best under the compressed time frame just to get organized, and then fly out of town last week

Lets not go on with accusations and BS like this neil. The BOD area is not secret and just some place for us BOD members to talk amoungst ourselfs and mainly for meeting preperation. Not any different than the BOD meetings and something clubs like the Timber tamers, even the PNW do.

If you have an issue with this then please bring it up in the round table area.
