I read it when you posted it on WOW Dirk..I don't see that bill changing anything significantly though. It mearly allows land owners to charge slightly more money before they move into a bracket where they are liable for recreational injuries.
Protection of the land owner from this type of thing is in law now and has been for some time.
RCW 4.24.210.

5069 died in committee last session.
It may be reintroduced this sesson.
The current version does not due much for ORV.

I am working with legislative legal counsel to draft a better one.

Not totally dead, but no longer being activly considered by the Rules Committee.
