Camping question

This question concerns the upper or third lot camping area. Since all the ecology blocks have been placed along the road leading to the camping area under the powerlines I have seen people camping in the open areas behind these blocks along the road there. Particularly at the corner spot on the right where you hang a left before you cross the shallow water.

Is it legal to camp there provided you do not drive over the blocks and use approved burn barrels or are these people blowin it?

I had asked the same question mike--and from what I was told--its ok to camp in those areas..
