Is Rhinoland an endangered trail? Water crossings...too close to a spotted owl nest...within 100 feet of a wild daisy or anything like that?

I'm willing to work, but as long as it's not for what appears to be a future closed trail.

Somebody undid EVERYTHING we did...hacked up ALL the big timber we drug up there to block off bypasses.
